This Privacy Policy describes how Avishkar Software (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and otherwise processes information in connection with our websites, mobile applications, games, and related products and services — including VibePix, Revelry, and Revelry Games (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, please do not access or use any services, apps, games, websites, or other products offered by Avishkar Software or its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your ongoing acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Scope & app-specific notices

This policy applies across Avishkar Software and the Services as a whole. Individual products may publish supplemental, app-specific privacy notices to satisfy platform (e.g. App Store / Google Play) or regional requirements. Where an app-specific notice exists, it supplements this policy; to the extent permitted by law, this policy governs in the event of any conflict. Current app notices:
